Together, we can enhance your self-growth, build your confidence, and help you move toward a happier, more fulfilling life.
I provide support to clients navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and loss stemming from a wide range of life events.
With many years of experience working with children, young people, and families, I’ve supported individuals through difficult challenges and crises, including parents navigating complex relationships with their adult children.
As a trained Integrative Counsellor, I combine a Person-Centred approach with elements of Gestalt, Mindfulness, and CBT to create a flexible and tailored therapeutic experience.
